This time we bring you Easy Quick Smoothies Recipes!

And not only a couple, but 24!

So how do you make the perfect smoothies?

First; Combine the ingredients in a blender.

Then; Start at low speed and increase it to high.

Finish; Blending until smooth. (Thus the name Smoothie)

These recipes serve 2 to 4 glasses of smoothie, but you can halve it or double it as you need!

Lets get right to them!

Apple Ginger

  • 1 chopped, peeled apple.
  • ½ inch peeled ginger.
  • 2 limes. (only the juice)
  • ¼ cup of honey.
  • 1 cup of water.
  • 2 cups of ice.

Apple Spinach

  • 1 chopped, peeled apple.
  • 2 cups of spinach.
  • ½ cup of silken tofu.
  • ¼ cup of soy milk.
  • ¼ cup of orange juice.
  • 1 tbsp of honey.
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
  • 1 tbsp of wheat germ.
  • 1 cup of ice.

Apricot Almond

  • 1 ½ cups of apricot juice. (nectar)
  • ½ cup of vanilla yogurt.
  • 2 tbsp of almond butter.
  • 1 cup of ice.
 

Banana

  • 2 bananas.
  • ½ cup of milk.
  • ½ cup of vanilla yogurt.
  • 2 tsp of honey.
  • ½ tsp of cinnamon.
  • 1 cup of ice.

 

 

Banana Peanut Butter-Jelly

  • 1 frozen Banana.
  • 1 cup of soy milk.
  • ¼ cup of peanut butter.
  • ¼ cup of wheat germ.
  • 2 tbsp of strawberry jelly.

 

 

Blueberry Banana

  • 1 banana.
  • 1 cup of blueberries.
  • ½ cup of coconut milk.(unsweetened)
  • 1 tbsp of honey.
  • 1 tbsp of lime juice.
  • ¼ tsp of almond extract.
  • 1 cup of ice.

 

 

Candied Sweet Potato

  • 1 peeled baked sweet potato.
  • ½ cup of vanilla yogurt.
  • ½ cup of orange juice.
  • 1 tbsp of brown sugar.
  • 1 tbsp of cinnamon.
  • 1 ½ cups of ice.

 

 

Cantaloupe Lime

  • 2 cups of chopped Cantaloupe.
  • ½ lime. (only the juice)
  • 3 tbsp of sugar.
  • ½ cup of water.
  • 1 cup of ice.
 

Carrot Apple

  • 1 cup of carrot juice.
  • 1 cup of apple juice.
  • 1 cup of ice.
 

Chai

  • 1 ½ cups of Chai tea concentrate.
  • 1 cup of milk.
  • 1 cup of ice.

(At top sprinkle cinnamon or Chai spice blend)

 

 

Cherry Vanilla

  • 1 ½ cups of frozen seedless cherries.
  • 1 ¼ cups of milk.
  • 3 tbsp of sugar.
  • ½ tsp of vanilla extract.
  • ¼ tsp of almond extract.
  • ¼ tsp of salt.
  • 1 cup of ice.

 

 

Creamsicle

  • ¾ cup of frozen orange or tangerine concentrate.
  • 1 cup of frozen vanilla yogurt.
  • ½ cup of cold water.
  • 1 cup of ice.

 

 

Cucumber-Kale

  • ½ peeled and chopped cucumber.
  • 3 kale leaves.
  • 1 ¼ cups of vegetable juice.
  • ½ lemon. (only the juice)
 

Grape

  • 2 cups of seedless grapes. (your choice)
  • 1 cup of Concord grape juice.
  • 1 ½ cups of ice.
 

Grapefruit

  • 2 peeled and seeded grapefruits.
  • 3 tbsp of sugar.
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon.
  • 1 cup of ice.
 

Honeydew Almond

  • 2 cups of chopped honeydew melon.
  • 1 cup of almond milk.
  • 1 tbsp of honey.
  • 1 cup of ice.

 

 

Lemon Poppy Seed

  • 1 ½ tbsp of poppy seeds.
  • ½ lemon. (you need the grated zest and juice)
  • 1 cup of plain yogurt.
  • ¼ cup of sugar.
  • ½ cup of milk.
  • ½ cup of ice.

 

 

Peach Ginger

  • 2 cups of frozen sliced peaches.
  • 1 ½ cups of buttermilk.
  • 3 tbsp of brown sugar.
  • 1 tbsp of grated ginger.

Peach-Mango-Banana

  • 1 cup of peach.
  • 1 cup of mango.
  • ½ banana.
  • 1 tsp of sugar.
  • 1 cup of plain yogurt. (frozen even better)
  • 1 cup ice.

Pineapple Coconut

  • 2 cups of frozen coconut water. (freeze it on ice cube trays)
  • 2 cups of chopped pineapple.
  • 1 ½ tbsp of lime juice.
  • 1 tbsp of honey.
  • ½ cup of coconut water.

Pineapple Mango

  • ½ cup of chopped pineapple.
  • ½ cup of chopped mango.
  • 1 cup of coconut water.
  • 1 tsp of allspice.
  • 1 cup of ice.

Pomegranate Blueberry

  • 1 cup of blueberries.
  • ¾ cup of pomegranate juice.
  • ¾ cup of beet juice.
  • 1 tbsp of honey.
  • 1 cup of ice.

Pomegranate Cherry

  • 1 cup of frozen seedless cherries.
  • ¾ cup of pomegranate juice.
  • ½ cup of plain yogurt.
  • 1 tbsp of honey.
  • 1 tsp of lemon juice.
  • ½ tsp of cinnamon.
  • 1 pinch of salt.
  • 2 cups of ice.

Pomegranate Raspberry

  • 1 cup of pomegranate juice.
  • ½ cup of frozen raspberries.
  • ½ cup of frozen vanilla yogurt.
  • 1 tbsp of honey.
  • 1 cup of ice.
